iTrackDaily is built with privacy at its core. We believe your habit data is personal and should remain that way. We don't sell your data, we don't show you ads, and we don't track you across the web. Your progress is yours alone.

2Information We Collect

We only collect what's necessary to provide our service:

• Account Information: Your email address for authentication and account recovery.
• Profile Data: Optional nickname, avatar, and timezone preferences you choose to set.
• Habit Data: The habits you create, including names, colors, schedules, and date ranges.
• Check-in Records: Your daily check-ins that track your progress over time.

3How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate you and keep your account secure
• Display your habits and track your daily check-ins
• Calculate and show your progress statistics
• Sync your data across devices when you log in

4Data Security

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL
• Row-level security ensures you can only access your own data
• Hosted on Supabase with enterprise-grade infrastructure
• Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text

5Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or any third-party tracking scripts. Your browsing is not monitored.

6Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Access: View all data we have about you anytime in your dashboard.
• Edit: Update your profile and habit information whenever you want.
• Delete: Remove individual habits or your entire account permanently.
• Export: Request a copy of all your data in a portable format.

7Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (habits, check-ins, profile) will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

8Third Parties

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage — they are our only third-party provider. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to anyone else. Period.

9Changes to This Policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll notify you via email or through the app. Minor updates will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
